We need to bring in an operator for the cardboard construction section of our production plant in Örkelljunga.

The position involves working closely with colleagues and team leaders to manage the production of boxes and cartons for the packaging department. As an operator, your tasks will involve repairing, maintaining and checking the settings on our machines. The position also entails working to develop changes that result in improvements in the work method, efficiency and product quality, as well as training other staff in how the construction machines, conveyor belts and other equipment work.

We want to hear from applicants with:
– Experience from food production.
– Technical experience.
– Experience with machine maintenance.
– A flexible mindset and the capacity to set a good example.
– The ability to communicate in a clear, simple and straightforward manner with other employees.
– Forklift and skylift licences.

You will primarily be working in a 2-shift setup, and you may also be asked to take on other tasks in the production department as and where necessary.
