Tired of the same old ginger snap shapes? Check out the jars and porcelain in your own kitchen cabinet, your grandmother’s pantry or a local second-hand store, and see if you can find drinking glasses with a fine pattern on the bottom. Then simply roll out Gille ginger snap dough on a floured chopping board and use the glass to press out different patterns. Place them on a baking tray, bake them in the oven, let them cool and then invite family and friends to taste your unique ginger snaps!
Hint: Use the top edge of the glass to press out the round shapes.
