Once again this year, Gille will be donating money to Bris, the children’s rights organisation. Last year’s Bris campaign raised an impressive SEK 600,000, allowing Bris to finance a counsellor for a whole year.
– This year, too, we’ll be joining the fight for children’s rights by running a campaign to create great childhood memories, says Camilla Tuvesson, Marketing Manager at Continental Bakeries.
From week 36 through week 42, Gille will be donating SEK 1 for every 6-pack of Gille Pastries, Sport Pastries, Caramel Pastries and Punch Rolls sold. All funds raised will go directly to Bris.
– During the campaign period, we’ll be sharing inspiration with the emphasis on great childhood memories, along with tips about games and pastimes that bring people together in a joyful environment. We’ll also be providing ideas about how you yourself can collect money to support the important work Bris does, adds Camilla Tuvesson.
What does BRIS do?
Bris is a children’s organisation that takes the UN Convention on Children’s rights as the basis for providing help and support to vulnerable children and young people. Children can contact the organisation by phone, mail or chat, and find support through forums and group activities. Children who contact Bris can always talk to a qualified and experienced counsellor who is committed to helping children feel better.
By donating SEK 1 per 6-pack of Gille Pastries, Sport Pastries, Caramel Pastries and Punch Rolls sold, Gille is helping to support children.
– We’re working together to support Bris – for great childhood memories, concludes Camilla.
